Here is a collection of celebrity related mosaics I have done. When I am working on a mosaic, I like to immerse myself into the subjects life. Listening to all the albums or watching the documentaries, I get to learn and have a greater appreciation for their careers. Sometimes I use newly discovered information when trying to decide the next step of a mosaic project. For example, I was stuck on a background color for my first Freddie Mercury piece. I found out that apparently yellow was one of his favorite colors. This led me to use a blend of different yellow glass scraps I had been saving to finish the project.
